【岗位要求】 - 985/211院校硕士研究生及以上学历，金融经管类专业，或与 AI / 机器人相关的理工类专业 - 有 PE、FA、投行、公司投融资部门或产业资本实习经验者优先，熟悉一级市场投融资基本流程，对AI、机器人等赛道有行业认知或实习经验优先 - 一级市场基本功扎实，材料与信息整理能力强，财务知识完备，工作细致，有成熟的行业分析体系化能力，具备英文听说读写能力 - 实习时长不低于3个月，6个月优先，每周4-5天
