岗位职责 协助制定并执行整合营销方案，覆盖社交媒体、内容营销、线上传播及线下活动 参与国内及海外社媒账号的日常运营，包括选题、内容排期、发布及数据复盘 协助策划品牌传播、产品推广、展会、展厅及线下活动 跟进文案、设计、视频及活动物料的制作与交付 对接内部团队、媒体、达人及供应商，推动项目按计划落地 追踪行业热点、竞品动态及平台趋势，输出营销创意与洞察 整理营销数据，分析传播及转化效果，持续优化运营策略

任职要求 市场营销、广告、传播、新闻、国际商务等相关专业优先 对品牌营销和内容运营有热情，具备良好的网感与审美 具备较强的文案、沟通、执行和多任务协作能力 熟悉小红书、微信公众号、抖音等国内平台；了解 Instagram、LinkedIn、YouTube 等海外平台 英语读写能力良好，能够协助完成英文内容及海外沟通 熟练使用 PowerPoint、Excel、Word 等办公软件 认真负责，主动性强，能够快速学习并推进工作 - 加分项 有品牌营销、社媒运营、活动策划或海外营销相关经验 具备基础的数据分析与营销复盘能力 会使用 Figma、Photoshop、剪映或 Premiere 有文案、营销方案、社媒账号或相关作品集 - 实习要求 每周实习3天及以上 实习周期3个月及以上
