工作内容 1. 语音交互设计与优化 - 负责具身智能机器人对话场景的交互设计，支持语音交互功能的体验走查和优化 - 基于主流语音及多模态交互模型，进行模型的持续评测和调优，提升交互的精准性与智能度 2. 机器人动作设计与开发 - 运用专业设计与开发工具，构建机器人上半身（头部、手臂、躯干、底盘）的标准化动作库。 - 针对迎宾、讲解、表演等不同场景，设计并输出相应的动作脚本，协同工程师完成开发落地，并通过A/B测试验证效果。 3. 整体交互体验闭环 - 在真机或仿真环境中，全程跟进并测试“语音对话 + 形体动作”的交互闭环，确保体验流畅自然。 - 主动收集与分析用户反馈，利用可视化工具定位对话漏斗流失、动作卡顿等核心问题，并驱动设计迭代。

基本要求 - 本科或硕士在校生，计算机科学、人工智能、数字媒体、动画、交互设计、心理学等相关专业背景。 - 对语音对话系统、大语言模型及动作设计流程有基本了解，具备快速学习的能力。 - 具备出色的同理心，能够将复杂的技术逻辑转化为直观、友好的用户语言和体验。 - 实习期间能保证每周至少3天到岗，3-6个月 加分项 - 熟练掌握一门脚本语言，如Python/JavaScript/C#。 - 拥有AI语音、游戏设计、工业设计相关项目实践经验。 - 熟悉主流动画设计或仿真工具，并能用于动画制作或运动规划。 - 具备以下任一技能：LLM提示词工程、声学韵律标注、游戏人物动作设计。 - 有舞蹈或肢体表演经验，对动作表达有良好理解。
