作为研发项目管理团队成员，协助支研发项目的日常管理与运营工作，协调研发团队与产品、测试、供应链、市场等部门的沟通协作，推动项目高效执行。同时参与公司大型品牌活动、行业展会及重要演示场景的项目支持，保障研发及展示工作的顺利开展。

承担主要目标/关键任务 1. 研发项目支持 协助研发团队开展项目日常管理工作，跟踪项目计划、任务进度及关键节点，推动项目按计划执行。 协助组织项目例会，整理会议纪要，跟踪问题闭环及行动项落实。 维护项目文档、研发资料，确保信息及时更新。 2. 跨部门协同 协调研发与产品、测试、供应链、市场、运营等团队之间的沟通协作，推动需求对接及资源协调。 跟踪跨部门事项进展，及时反馈项目风险及问题，协助推进解决。 3. 日常研发运营 支持研发团队日常运营工作，包括设备管理、研发环境协调、物资申请及资源保障等。 协助优化研发流程，提升团队协作效率。 4. 展会及重大项目支持 参与大型展会及公司重要活动的项目保障工作。 协助Demo、测试验证、现场部署及活动执行，协调研发资源，确保重点展示场景顺利交付。 支持重大客户接待、技术展示及专项项目的组织与协调。

具备良好的逻辑思维能力和项目推进意识，能够对任务进行拆解、跟踪及闭环管理。 具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能够推动跨团队协作，高效对接研发、产品、测试等相关部门。 执行力强，责任心强，能够主动推进事项落地，具备较强的时间管理和多任务处理能力。 熟练使用 Office 办公软件（Excel、PowerPoint、Word），具备较好的文档整理及汇报能力。 学习能力强，对机器人、人工智能等前沿技术有浓厚兴趣，愿意快速了解研发流程和产品知识。
