1. 负责公司机器人前，后端软件产品的整体集成测试工作； 2. 根据需求迭代变更制定测试计划，识别质量风险，提出合理的解决方案； 3. 根据产品需求及业务实现逻辑，制定测试方案，构建用户场景，编写和执行测试用例，发布测试报告； 4. 组织执行测试任务，整理和分析测试结果，跟踪定位产品缺陷，积极推动研发解决，复盘测试过程，保障质量； 5. 参与产品体验活动，从用户视角提出产品优化建议，提升产品体验； 6. 负责改善测试方法和测试工具，促进团队专业水平的提升；

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件、机器人、自动化等相关专业，有机器人/智能驾驶产品测试经验者优先； 2. 了解机器人关键器件基础知识及原理，有机器人和自动驾驶相关爱好者优先； 3. 熟悉ROS/ROS2和Linux系统，至少熟悉一种机器人指令系统及其编程经验； 4. 熟悉一门编程语言(C/C++，shell，Python)，具有一定开发能力者优先； 5. 工作积极主动，具有良好的团队意识和敬业精神，能发挥主观能动性，有一定的抗压能力
