1. 制程质量管控：监控SMT、组装、测试等关键工序，执行首件/巡检/末件检验，确保过程稳定；运用SPC分析CPK，识别异常并预警。 2. 异常与不良处理：快速响应产线质量异常，组织隔离、围堵；用8D/5Why做根因分析，推动跨部门整改并验证效果。 3. 标准与文件维护：制定/维护SIP、控制计划、PFMEA，监督作业一致性；培训检验员与操作员，确保标准落地。 4. 数据与持续改善：统计良率、DPPM、报废率，输出周报/月报；主导QCC、防呆改善，提升过程能力与良率。 5. NPI与客诉支持：参与试产质量策划，跟进问题闭环；协助处理客诉，落实纠正预防措施并横展。

1. 运用质量工具：FMEA、SPC、MSA、8D、5Why、QC七大手法解决质量问题。 2. 分析制程不良与失效，制定改善方案并闭环。 3. 理解检验规范、测量系统管理，能做MSA与量检具管理。 4. 了解安规、EMC、RoHS等基本要求。 5. 数据敏感，逻辑清晰，抗压与快速响应能力好。 6. 能主导改善项目，输出报告并推动横展。
