1.研发机器人操作算法，重点突破灵巧手抓取、精细装配、多物体操作等任务，提升机器人在复杂场景下的操作能力； 2.开发基于学习的操作策略（模仿学习、强化学习等），实现动态环境下的自适应抓取与操作； 3.探索端到端操作框架，结合大语言模型（LLM）与视觉-动作映射，实现“感知→决策→执行”的高效闭环； 4.基于仿真平台（如Isaac Sim、MuJoCo）构建高保真操作训练环境，加速算法迭代与真实机器人部署； 5.参与前沿操作算法研究（如触觉反馈利用、非刚性物体操作、多模态操作策略等）。

1.硕士或博士在读，机器人学、人工智能、计算机等相关领域； 2.操作算法经验： 熟悉机器人抓取、装配等操作任务，有灵巧手或双臂协同项目经验者优先； 了解力控（如阻抗控制）、触觉反馈或非刚性物体操作技术； 3.学习与优化： 掌握模仿学习、强化学习等算法，有操作策略训练经验（如GraspNet、Diffusion Policy等）； 熟练使用PyTorch/TensorFlow，具备机器人仿真（Sim2Real）经验者加分； 4.工程能力： 熟练使用Python/C++，熟悉ROS/ROS2基础框架； 具备扎实的代码调试与算法部署能力。

加分项 1.在机器人操作领域（如抓取、装配、触觉操作等）发表过顶会论文（ICRA、IROS、CoRL等）； 2.有机械臂操作相关经验或项目
