1. 技术对接与转化 解读研发部门的技术需求、设计规范及产品特性，转化为销售服务团队可执行的技术文档和操作指南。 基于现有产品能力，梳理出符合客户现场部署共性需求的方案，并横向推广。 定期组织跨部门技术培训，确保销售服务团队掌握最新产品知识及解决方案。 2. 高级技术支持 解决销售服务团队无法处理的复杂技术问题（如传感器异常、软硬件兼容性故障等），提供现场或远程技术支援。 主导硬件电路调试、软件代码分析及系统级故障定位，输出标准化排障流程。 3. 技术文档管理 编制内部产品维护手册、FAQ库及典型故障案例集，持续优化服务知识库。 4. 质量反馈与改进 收集市场端技术问题并反馈至研发部门，参与产品迭代优化会议，推动缺陷闭环。

1. 2026 届本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、电子信息、人工智能等相关专业； 2. 每周可实习 4-5 天，连续 3 个月以上； 3. 掌握至少一门编程语言（Python / C / C++），能在导师指导下完成脚本或工具开发； 4. 对机器人硬件（传感器、执行器、控制器）或语音/视觉/运动控制算法有浓厚兴趣，有机器人竞赛、开源项目或课程项目经验者优先； 5. 具备较强的逻辑思维与责任心，善于沟通协作，乐于学习新技术； 6. 热爱产品，愿意从用户视角思考并持续优化体验。
