1. 参与人形机器人业务场景调研，理解研发、生产、交付、售后、客户管理等 ToB 业务流程。 2. 协助产品经理完成需求收集、业务流程梳理、用户访谈和竞品分析。 3. 输出产品需求文档、流程图、原型图、字段说明、权限规则等产品材料。 4. 参与企业内部数字化系统建设，包括 CRM、ERP、SRM、PLM、WMS、设备管理、工单系统、数据看板等方向。 5. 跟进产品从需求评审、开发、测试到上线的完整流程，协调研发、测试、业务团队推进交付。 6. 参与产品上线后的使用反馈收集、问题定位、数据分析和持续优化。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息管理、工业工程、自动化、机器人、机械、电子、管理科学等相关专业优先。 2. 具备良好的逻辑思维能力，能够将复杂业务拆解为清晰的流程和产品需求。 3. 熟悉常用产品工具，如 Axure、Figma、墨刀、ProcessOn、Visio、飞书文档等任一即可。 4. 具备较强的沟通协作能力，愿意深入一线业务场景，和不同角色高频沟通。 5. 有较强的学习能力和责任心，能主动推进问题闭环。 6. 了解 AI 技术在企业数字化、机器人业务、数据分析、流程自动化等场景中的应用，有主动使用 AI 工具提升工作效率的意识。 7. 实习生要求每周可实习 4 天及以上，优先可长期实习至毕业入职。
