作为机器人公司技术培训团队的储备人才，您将协助具身智能与二次开发技术相关课程的开发与培训交付工作，在资深专家的指导下快速成长，为未来成为专业技术培训师打下坚实基础。

主要职责 课程开发支持：协助完成二次开发、具身智能相关课程的资料整理、文档编写与课件制作；参与课程素材的收集与整理（包括产品手册、技术文档、代码示例、操作视频等）；协助维护标准化课程包的版本更新与内容校对；支持培训物料的准备与管理工作。 培训实施支持：协助培训现场的设备调试、环境搭建与学员签到等组织工作；参与培训课程的录屏、剪辑与后期制作；协助收集整理学员反馈数据，形成简单的效果分析报告；支持线上学习平台的课程上传与日常维护。 技术内容转化支持：在指导下，尝试将研发技术文档转化为培训可用的素材与案例；协助整理开发者常见问题，形成FAQ文档；参与技术知识库的内容建设与更新。

教育背景：985/211院校本科在读，或硕士及以上学历在读/应届毕业生；计算机、机器人工程、人工智能、自动化、机械电子等相关专业。 经验要求：有机器人相关课程或项目经验者优先；参与过机器人竞赛（如RoboMaster、RoboCup等）或相关社团活动者优先；有教育培训相关实习或助教经验者优先。 核心能力：了解Python/C++基础语法，对机器人行业有浓厚兴趣；具备快速学习新技术的能力，愿意深入机器人二次开发领域；熟练使用Office办公软件（Word、PPT、Excel）；了解ROS/ROS2基础概念、具备基础视频剪辑能力者优先。 软性素质：工作认真细致，有责任心；具备良好的沟通协作能力；有文档编写或整理经验者优先。 英语能力：具备基本的英语读写能力者优先。
