岗位职责 负责小红书、微信公众号、抖音等新媒体平台的日常运营，协助海外社媒内容发布 参与选题策划、内容创作、文案撰写、排期发布及评论区维护 结合品牌定位、产品卖点和平台热点，策划图文、短视频及营销活动 协调设计与视频资源，跟进内容物料的制作、审核和上线 参与新品推广、品牌传播、达人合作及线上线下整合营销项目 跟踪曝光、互动、涨粉和转化等数据，定期完成运营复盘 关注行业动态、竞品内容及平台趋势，持续优化选题和内容形式 整理并维护内容库、素材库、达人库及营销项目资料

任职要求 市场营销、广告、传播、新闻、中文等相关专业优先 熟悉小红书、微信公众号、抖音等平台的内容生态和运营逻辑 具备良好的网感、审美及文字表达能力，能够独立完成基础文案 对热点敏感，能够结合品牌调性完成内容策划，而非简单追逐热点 具备基础的数据分析能力，能够根据数据发现问题并优化内容 沟通及执行能力强，能够协调设计、视频和其他合作资源 认真负责、主动性强，具备良好的时间管理和多任务处理能力 - 加分项 有新媒体账号运营、品牌营销或达人投放经验 有可展示的文章、社媒账号、营销方案或内容作品 会使用剪映、Premiere、Figma或Photoshop等工具 具备短视频脚本策划、拍摄或基础剪辑能力 了解Instagram、LinkedIn、YouTube等海外社媒平台 英语读写能力良好
