协助研发：协助硬件工程师完成硬件产品需求、方案设计、原理图绘制及修改工作。 PCB设计：在导师指导下，负责简单模块的PCB Layout设计、封装库建立及维护（Cadence）。 板级调试：负责样板的焊接、BOM整理、备料及打样跟进；使用示波器、万用表、电源、负载仪等设备进行单板硬件调试和信号测试。 文档整理：负责硬件设计文档、测试报告、BOM清单的整理与归档，协助维护公司硬件资产库。 生产支持：跟进外协SMT贴片及PCBA生产，协助解决试产过程中的简单硬件问题。 驱动验证：（加分项）配合软件工程师进行底层寄存器配置验证、上电时序测量及PMIC调试。

1. 基本条件 本科及以上学历在读（大三、大四、研二、研三），电子、通信、自动化、计算机等相关专业。

2. 专业技能 理论基础：具备扎实的模拟电路、数字电路基础知识，熟悉常见电子元器件的特性（如电阻、电容、电感、MOS管、LDO、DC-DC等）。 软件工具：能熟练使用至少一种EDA工具（如Cadence（优先） / Altium Designer / KiCad / PADS），了解PCB设计流程。 动手能力：手工焊接技能优秀，能独立完成DFN/QFN封装芯片及0402封装的阻容焊接。 仪器使用：熟练使用万用表、示波器、直流电源等基础测试设备。

3. 平台知识（加分项，非硬性） 对ARM架构嵌入式系统有基础了解。 了解瑞芯微平台的基本硬件架构（如电源管理、时钟、复位、DDR、Flash接口）者优先。 能够读懂芯片数据手册（Datasheet），具备一定的英文文档阅读能力。

4. 软实力 工作细致、有责任心，具备良好的焊接习惯和文档整理习惯。 具备较强的学习能力和逻辑思维，遇到故障能主动分析、沟通。
