职位概述 作为具身智能产品团队一员，参与人形机器人多模态大模型交互体系搭建工作，负责模型能力定义、动作‑语音‑表情交互素材体系建设，统筹算法、研发、设计、运营跨团队协作落地交互产品项目。需要具备基础技术理解能力、AI 工具使用能力、审美素养与项目统筹意识，助力机器人拟人化交互产品落地迭代。

主要职责 1、多模态模型能力定义：参与机器人多模态大模型核心交互能力规划，结合硬件端侧约束划定能力边界，梳理动作、语音、表情一体化交互的功能清单，输出产品需求文档与交互规范。 2、交互数据资产建设：制定机器人动作、语音、表情素材的采集标准、筛选规则与标签体系；统筹素材采集、内容审核、文件分类管理，配合算法团队完成训练数据集搭建，保障数据质量。 3、跨部门项目落地推进：对接算法工程师、后端研发、视觉设计、运营同事，拆解项目阶段目标，同步各方诉求，协调解决执行分歧，跟进开发、调优、Demo 上线全流程，保障项目按期落地。 4、产品文档与技术协同：依托 Python 基础阅读能力理解数据处理逻辑；熟练运用 Claude 等 AI 大模型完成需求文档撰写、方案梳理、会议纪要整理、案例归纳，提高文档输出效率。 5、交互体验优化：依托自身审美能力筛选优质动作表情素材，优化机器人拟人化表达效果；结合产品特点配合运营制作演示素材，提升对外展示效果。 6、项目复盘沉淀：汇总版本迭代过程中的问题案例，整理 bad‑case 清单，完成版本效果对比分析，沉淀可复用的交互设计标准和素材管理规范。

1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，在读研究生优先；工业设计、人机交互、人工智能、计算机、产品设计相关专业优先。 2、经验要求：有产品项目、人机交互、智能硬件或 AI 相关项目经历优先；有数据集整理、跨团队协作经历优先。 3、核心能力：具备基础 Python 代码阅读理解能力，可以看懂基础脚本，能够和技术同学顺畅沟通；熟练使用 Claude 等 AI 工具完成文档梳理和内容创作；拥有良好审美，对拟人化交互、肢体神态表达有自己的理解；具备优秀沟通协调能力，可以统筹多方人员推进项目落地。 4、附加偏好：兴趣广泛，具备网感，掌握摄影、视频剪辑技能优先；做事目标导向，责任心强，逻辑清晰，能适应项目紧凑的工作节奏。 5、实习条件：每周全职在岗，可连续实习 3 个月‑6 个月。

加分项 1、有人形机器人、数字人、具身智能相关项目实践经历； 2、做过产品 PRD 撰写、素材标签制定、产品 Demo 落地相关工作； 3、有项目统筹、任务拆解或者团队协作管理相关经验。
