- 内容与新媒体运营 1. 参与官方账号矩阵（抖音、小红书、B站、微博、知乎）的内容策划、制作与发布，建立平台品牌调性 2. 配合官方模板输出节奏，支撑冷启动期的内容供给 3. 负责广场社区的内容运营，提升优质作品数量、品类覆盖 - 活动运营 1. 参与并支持各类线上线下活动的策划、筹备与落地全流程 2. 负责活动的报名、物料、传播、现场执行与赛后沉淀，推动活动按节点落地； 3. 完成活动数据跟踪与复盘，持续优化活动机制与参与转化。 - 用户与创作者运营 1. 参与创作者招募、入驻、激活与维护，推动激励政策落地 2. 关注用户从申请、激活到首次创作、首次演绎的转化漏斗，提升新用户激活与留存 3. 建立用户分层运营思路，针对种子创作者、活跃用户、沉默用户、B端客户等采取差异化运营动作 - 社群运营 1. 搭建并维护社群，设计日常内容节奏与答疑机制 2. 收集用户反馈与产品建议，建立反馈闭环，推动问题同步与优化落地 - 生态运营 1. 参与创作者激励体系的运营执行 2. 协助对接MCN、达人、高校社团、B端客户等生态角色，推动内容供给与商业变现联动 3. 参与创作者成长与“毕业”机制运营，推动生态自循环 - 数据与协同支撑 1. 参与作品审核机制、数据复盘机制（周复盘、月复盘、活动复盘）的日常运转 2. 优化并维护基础运营数据看板，定期输出运营周报/月报，用数据驱动运营决策 3. 高效协同内、外部合作方，支持团队整体目标达成

1. 本科及以上学历，每周可实习4天以上，连续实习3个月以上； 2. 具备一定的设计基础：熟练使用至少一种设计工具（如Canva、Photoshop、剪映等），能独立制作活动海报或模板封面； 3. 对活动运营、用户运营、社区运营或创作者运营有兴趣，有相关校园/实习/个人项目经验者优先； 4. 责任心强，细致耐心，能高效处理多线程任务（如内容审核、社群回复、数据整理）。
