1. 协助设计并执行小语种（阿/韩/德/西/法）语音与文本语料的清洗、标注、质检流程，保证数据质量符合ASR/TTS/LLM训练要求； 2. 参与多语种评测集的构建与维护，包括录音脚本设计、音库质量抽检、标注一致性核查； 3. 配合算法团队进行数据分布分析，发现并修复语料中的标注错误或噪声问题； 4. 辅助搭建语料标注工具与自动化质检脚本（Python/Shell），提升数据生产效率； 5. 跟踪语言资源领域最新标准，撰写数据文档及标注规范，沉淀团队知识库。

1. 高校本科或研究生在读，语言学、翻译、计算机科学、人工智能、数据科学或相关专业； 2. 至少熟练掌握以下一种语言：阿拉伯语、韩语、德语、西班牙语、法语（母语或接近母语水平，或持有相关语言能力证书）； 3. 具备基础的数据处理能力，熟悉Python或Excel高级操作，有正则表达式使用经验者优先； 4. 了解语音识别（ASR）、语音合成（TTS）或大语言模型（LLM）的基本概念，对数据标注与质量评估有浓厚兴趣； 5. 工作细致、责任心强，善于沟通，能清晰记录和反馈数据问题。
