岗位定位 支持机器人产品的商业化落地与行业解决方案建设，协助团队围绕目标行业客户开展市场研究、应用场景梳理、客户需求分析、解决方案包装及销售赋能工作。

岗位职责 协助研究机器人行业趋势、竞争格局、目标客户及典型应用场景，包括工业制造、物流仓储、商业服务、巡检、教育科研等方向。 支持 GTM 策略落地，参与目标行业选择、客户画像梳理、重点客户清单整理、渠道信息收集和市场进入策略分析。 协助梳理机器人产品在不同行业的应用场景、客户痛点、业务流程和价值主张，形成结构化解决方案材料。 配合销售、产品、算法、硬件、交付等团队，制作客户拜访材料、方案 PPT、产品介绍、行业案例、竞品分析和销售工具包。 参与客户需求调研和项目跟进，整理会议纪要、需求清单、应用场景反馈、技术可行性讨论要点及后续行动项。 协助沉淀机器人行业解决方案模板、应用案例库、FAQ、Demo 脚本及标准化售前材料。 跟踪机器人相关政策、行业展会、招投标信息、生态合作伙伴和潜在商业机会，支持业务拓展判断。

本科及以上在读，研究生优先；机器人、自动化、机械工程、电子信息、计算机、人工智能、工业工程、市场营销、管理学等相关专业优先。 对机器人行业有兴趣，了解或愿意学习移动机器人、机械臂、人形机器人、服务机器人、工业机器人、具身智能等方向。 具备较强的信息检索、行业研究、逻辑分析和结构化表达能力，能够独立整理市场、客户和竞品资料。 熟练使用 PowerPoint、Excel、Word 等办公工具，能够制作清晰、专业、有业务逻辑的方案材料。 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能与产品、研发、销售、交付等多角色团队高效配合。 执行力强，细致负责，能够跟进多任务并按时交付。 每周可实习 5 天及以上，连续实习 3 个月以上优先。

加分项 有机器人、智能硬件、工业自动化、AI、SaaS、企业服务、咨询、投研或科技公司相关实习经历。 参与过机器人竞赛、科研项目、创新创业项目或行业解决方案项目。 熟悉工业制造业、仓储物流、能源电力、安防巡检、商业服务等机器人落地场景。 具备一定技术理解能力，能看懂基础产品参数、系统架构、算法/硬件/传感器相关资料。 英文读写能力较好，能够阅读英文产品资料、行业报告或竞品信息。
