1、负责各个业务线的数据分析工作，完成业务的核心数据在业务侧的展示与使用。 2、通过各项数据科学算法技术，包括不限于：AB测试、聚类分析、机器学习、模型归因等，对业务的运营进行归因分析。 3、负责构建与维护业务特定的数据算法模型，为模型决策与模型改进提供信息支持。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、机器、通信、电子等相关专业； 2、扎实的机器学习、统计学、运筹学等基础知识，较强的逻辑能力和学习能力；熟悉使用SQL、Python、R等至少一门语言; 3、具备良好的数据分析能力、逻辑思维能力与沟通能力，能够跨部门协作，有效整合资源，推动业务快速向前发展; 4、熟悉当前开源的数据与大模型产品，积极拥抱开源与AI; 5、加分项：有数据sense，熟悉OLAP；熟悉ROS，有过人形机器人、自动驾驶开发经验者。
