岗位职责： 1.上位机软件开发与迭代：负责数据采集手套PC端上位机软件的功能开发、模块迭代与性能优化，实现手部传感数据、力控数据、姿态数据的实时采集、解析、可视化展示、存储与导出，完成软件新增功能开发、交互优化与逻辑升级。 2.上位机日常维护与BUG修复：负责现有上位机软件的日常运维工作，排查软件运行过程中的卡顿、数据异常、通信中断、兼容适配等问题，及时修复程序BUG，迭代软件版本，保障上位机与数据手套硬件的稳定联动运行，输出版本更新日志。 3.客户端使用技术支持：对接内部测试、产线、外部客户，提供上位机软件使用全流程支持，解答软件操作、数据采集、设备连接等相关问题，收集用户使用反馈，整理问题台账，配合研发团队完成体验优化与问题闭环。 4.标定算法开发与优化：参与数据采集手套核心标定算法的研发、调试与迭代，针对手套压力传感、姿态传感、手部位移数据进行校准、滤波、降噪、数据修正，优化标定精度与数据采集稳定性，保障设备采集数据的准确性、实时性与一致性。 5.工艺组装与落地支撑：配合硬件、产线团队完成数据采集手套的组装调试、量产工艺适配工作，协助解决产品组装、设备标定、量产测试过程中的软件适配问题，优化产线测试流程，输出配套测试工具、操作规范及工艺文档。 6.技术文档整理：同步编写维护上位机开发文档、软件使用手册、标定算法说明、产线调试规范等技术资料，沉淀研发与落地经验，保障项目流程规范化。 岗位要求： 1.学历专业：硕士及以上在校生，计算机、软件工程、电子信息、自动化、测控技术等相关专业 2.技术基础：熟练掌握Python/C++任一主流开发语言，了解QT等上位机开发框架，具备基础的PC端软件开发、调试经验。 3.算法基础：具备基本的数据处理、数值分析能力，了解滤波、数据校准、传感器数据优化相关基础算法，有标定算法、传感数据处理经验者优先。 4.硬件认知：了解串口、USB等常规通信协议，有传感器、数据采集设备、智能硬件配套软件开发经验者优先。 5.综合能力：逻辑清晰，具备良好的问题排查能力、动手能力和跨部门沟通能力，主动学习能力强，能适配研发、调试、落地多场景工作，态度严谨负责。 6.其他：有智能手套、动捕设备、力控传感、工业上位机开发实习/项目经验者优先。
