岗位职责和要求 2.1 大力拓展租赁业务 • 梳理及联系全年的展会信息和客户，孵化机会点； • 梳理当地的所有营销公关公司及其孵化机会点； • 对当地重要租赁key account建立连接，发展机会； • 与租赁相关VIP客户建立积极的连接，并引导和孵化以租转售的的机会点并行程闭环； • 策划和支持VVIP客户如：网红大咖的重要活动做好保障和市场宣传；

2.2 负责租赁业务的运营和客户满意度的管理 • 保自己对每款产品能做到性能了解，操作熟练，并在紧急时刻及时补位； • 从接单到交付回款端到端跟踪落实，监督和指导服务供应商的服务质量，确保客户满意度； • 以营促销，在客户同意的情况下，上传高质量项目的视频，增强推广和进一步销售； • 关注客户满意度，收集客户声音，对外给客户回访和反馈，对内给与内部提升建议并跟踪闭环； • 做好租赁业务订收回的统计，为组织KPI作出贡献； • 相关租赁合同的场景化维护和更新； • 深扎一线，两脚沾泥，保持对供应商的管理和沟通，促进共赢，创造“新点子”； • 定制化解决方案和机关租赁业务部门的沟通与连接；
