深度参与机器人产品的无线通信系统的设计、优化、测试与机器人真机部署。提升无线通信系统在真实环境下的稳定性与性能。 岗位职责： 参与通信软硬件系统方案设计，协同硬件与软件团队完成通信模块的系统集成； 负责通信软件配置与调优，包括协议栈配置及通信链路优化； 负责通信方案的测试验证工作，包括功能、性能及稳定性测试； 负责通信领域前沿技术调研，跟踪新技术动态； 识别影响通信性能的关键因素，提出解决方案并完成验证；

在读硕士及以上，通信、电子、计算机等相关专业； 了解无线通信基本原理，了解射频前端、基带处理等基本概念； 了解通信性能测试方法，有频谱仪、网络分析仪等仪器的使用经验者优先； 具备C/C++、Python或MATLAB编程基础，能进行简单的仿真、脚本开发与数据处理； 具备良好的文档撰写能力，能够独立完成测试报告、技术调研报告等文档输出； 具备较强的沟通协调能力，乐于与硬件、软件、供应链等多方协作； 全职实习不少于3个月，6个月以上优先；

加分项： 有机器人、智能硬件或物联网设备的通信模块开发/测试经验； 有无线通信相关的竞赛经历或课程设计项目经验； 有无线通信性能的测试和问题定位的经验； 了解WiFi/5G等通信协议与系统
