岗位定位 聚焦机器人演艺内容创作与舞台编导，打通科技能力与艺术表达，负责文娱商演、大型赛事、剧场驻演、商业展演、文旅秀等场景的节目创意、脚本编导、方案策划与现场落地，打造科技感与艺术性兼具的机器人演艺内容，支撑项目全流程交付与商务落地。

核心职责 1. 负责机器人演艺项目创意策划、主题包装、脚本撰写、节目编导，完成单机器人表演、多机编队秀、人机互动、沉浸式剧情等内容创作，兼顾艺术效果与技术可行性。 2. 联动舞美、灯光、音效、视觉特效，完成声光机电一体化演艺编排，输出分镜脚本、时间轴、执行手册与完整解决方案。 3. 对接客户需求，完成方案宣讲、商务支撑、投标答辩，推动项目签约落地；统筹项目内容进度、成本与风险把控。 4. 担任现场演艺编导，负责彩排调度、动作调试、效果优化与演出执行，保障节目高质量呈现；快速处理现场突发问题。 5. 跟踪行业趋势，沉淀内容与案例库，迭代演艺内容形态，反向推动机器人表演能力与产品体验优化。

1. 本科及以上学历，编导、演艺策划、数字媒体艺术、文旅演艺等相关专业，有以上舞台编导、晚会策划、科技秀 / 文旅演艺内容落地经验。 2. 具备独立创意创作、脚本撰写、舞台编导、现场调度能力，熟悉舞台呈现逻辑与演艺项目全流程。 3. 擅长方案策划与商务表达，能将艺术创意转化为可落地、有竞争力的项目解决方案。 4. 审美在线、执行力强，抗压能力好，可接受项目出差、驻场与演出彩排工作。 5. 对科技 + 艺术融合有热情，有人形机器人、智能设备演艺相关经验优先；有大型赛事、晚会、头部商演项目经验优先。
