职位描述 1 负责机器人产品交付中软件、语音交互，感知算法项目管理工作； 2 负责项目计划制定、评审和发布，监控整个计划的执行，识别项目执行风险并及时采取措施解决，确保项目顺利实施； 3 与职能部门充分沟通和协调，及时解决项目开发过程中出现的问题和风险，保证项目按时按质交付； 4 负责对项目进展进行分析和度量，定期发布相关项目分析报告

职位要求 1 计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2 5年以上项目管理经验，熟悉LTC全生命周期管理，熟悉IPD从调研规划到实现量产的全过程，有研发经验优先 3 有座舱或者2C的产品管理经验， 4 熟悉语音类和多模态大模型，熟悉感知、SLAM和PnC； 5 有智能硬件行业的从业经验，有软硬件结合产品的项目经验； 6 了解机器人行业技术发展现状和发展方向，对核心技术边界有一定见解； 7 逻辑分析能力强，有主动发现问题和解决问题的能力，有责任心敢担当；抗压能力要好，适应阶段性出差 8 较强的执行力、领导力、沟通协调能力与团队协作精神；优秀的逻辑思维和表达能力
