职位描述 1.核心中间件架构设计与开发：负责机器人底层软件数据链路节点和服务中间件的设计、开发与优化。基于 ROS 2、Apollo Cyber RT 或 DDS 框架，开发核心通信模块（Topic/Service/Action）、资源调度与生命周期管理，构建高可靠性、低延迟的数据与服务底座。 2.通信机制深度定制与性能调优：针对具身智能高频交互场景，对开源中间件框架进行深度优化和定制开发。精通网络编程（TCP/UDP/Socket）、多线程及进程间通信（IPC）技术，解决序列化开销、零拷贝通信及分布式节点协同等工程问题，保障感知-认知-动作闭环的微秒级实时响应。 3.系统级软硬件集成与适配：深入 Linux 环境进行系统性能调优、驱动集成与内核定制化工作。负责机器人控制器、多模态传感器（相机、激光雷达、IMU）及外围设备（PLC、焊接设备等）的软件接入与联调，打通底层硬件到上层算法的数据通路。 4.工程平台与系统可靠性建设：主导系统平台能力建设，包括配置管理、日志监控、故障诊断、版本管理及现场调试工具开发。按照 ASPICE 等高标准开发流程，进行软件模块的设计、编码与测试，设计容错恢复与健康监控机制，提升整机联调效率与长期运行稳定性。 5.开源生态建设与跨团队协同：主导或参与机器人中间件开源生态的搭建与维护，推动核心代码迭代、接口协议标准化及开发规范制定。与算法、控制、硬件、测试团队高效配合，推动多模块从单点可用走向系统可用，解决复杂联调与边界问题。 职位要求 1.学历与专业背景：全日制本科及以上学历，计算机科学、自动化、电子信息、车辆工程等相关专业，具备扎实的计算机底层基础。 2.核心开发经验：5年以上 Linux 平台下 C++ 开发经验，精通 C++11/14/17 标准；熟悉 Python/Shell 脚本，可用于调试工具链、数据处理或自动化测试，具备优秀的编程习惯与软件工程素养。 3.中间件与通信机制：具有 ROS 2、Apollo Cyber RT 或 DDS 等机器人中间件框架的实际项目开发与深度定制经验。深刻理解 Topic/Service/Action 机制、节点生命周期管理及底层通信原理，有解决复杂系统通信瓶颈的实战经验。 4.系统底层与性能优化：深入理解 Linux 操作系统原理，对进程调度、内存管理、中断处理等核心机制有深入研究。熟练使用 GDB、Valgrind、Perf、ftrace 等系统级调试与性能分析工具，具备内核裁剪、实时性（PREEMPT_RT）优化及系统资源隔离经验。 5.硬件接口与系统集成：熟悉常见的工业总线协议（如 CAN/CAN-FD、EtherCAT、Ethernet 等），有机器人、自动驾驶或无人机领域的传感器/运控开发及系统集成经验，能独立处理复杂的跨模块联调与问题定位。 6.工程化与工具链能力：熟练掌握 Git、CMake、colcon 等工程工具链，熟悉 Docker 容器化部署、CI/CD 流程。具备较强的系统观，追求系统的可维护性、可观测性与稳定性。
