The posting

  • 面向人形机器人交互与部署态场景，开展多模态运控算法/模型预研：融合视觉/语音/文本/触觉等输入，驱动全身动作生成、动作选择与闭环控制。
  • 重点攻关视觉运控：从视觉感知（目标/人体/位姿/轨迹/场景几何）到规划决策与控制执行的闭环链路，提升动态环境下的实时响应、鲁棒与稳定。
  • 研发并迭代全身/基座运控模型：全身动作生成（上肢+躯干+头部+视线）、基座移动/站立稳定/抗扰，统一考虑可达性、接触约束、安全边界与自然表达。
  • 建立数据与评测闭环：多模态数据对齐与采集、仿真/回放评测、难例挖掘；指标覆盖成功率、时延、稳定性、抖动、能耗与异常恢复能力。
  • 与业务线完成POC目标与验收口径定义，交付可验证原型并推进与工程/运控/平台联调落地。
  • 机器人/控制/计算机视觉/机器学习相关背景，本科及以上；有多模态动作生成或视觉闭环控制相关经验。
  • 理解运控关键约束：运动学/动力学基础、全身控制（WBC/IK/优化）与稳定性/接触建模；具备将模型落到可执行控制的能力。
  • 熟悉至少一类技术体系：生成式动作模型（Diffusion/Transformer等）、视觉伺服/轨迹优化/MPC、模仿学习/强化学习（RL/IL）、VLA/Agent式技能调用。
  • 熟练 Python/C++，熟悉 PyTorch/JAX 之一；具备可复现实验、工程化实现与实时性意识（时延/频率/稳定性）。
  • 强预研能力：能抽象问题→设计实验与指标→快速做出baseline/对照→定位瓶颈→迭代得到可落地结论。

加分项 - 有人形机器人全身动作与动态任务经验：跟随/指向/抓取、踢球/对打、抗扰与跌倒恢复等。 - 有Sim2Real与仿真经验：MuJoCo/Isaac/Gazebo，域随机化/系统辨识/回放评测。 - 有端侧部署与推理优化经验：ONNX/TensorRT、量化/蒸馏、实时控制系统集成。 - 有高质量论文/专利/开源贡献，或主导过0-1 POC攻坚并落地。
