1. 对机器人具身智能有浓厚兴趣，了解VLA，RL等基本概念和方法； 2. 具备坚实的科研背景，在VLA，Local Motion，Loco-Manipulation一个或多个领域有过深入研究经验； 3. 具备扎实的C++/python编程能力；熟练掌握pytorch深度学习框架，熟悉MuJoCo，Issac sim/gym/lab等工具； 4. 在CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/NeurPS/ICLR/ACL/EMNLP等学术顶会有相关论文发表，或在相关国际竞赛中取得优异成绩者优先；

1. 参与具身相关数据采集，处理，清洗和应用等相关工作； 2. 参与研究可泛化的全身操作算法，基于模仿/强化学习算法，增强操作算法的场景泛化性、任务通用性、对象多样性、动态稳定性等； 3. 参与算法的实际落地部署，解决Real中遇到的case问题，确保复杂任务中全身操作的协调与精确控制；
