岗位职责 - 参与人形机器人 OCC（Occupancy）与三维环境感知算法研发，构建机器人周围空间的占用、可通行区域及障碍物表征。 - 基于 RGB相机、深度相机、激光雷达等传感器，开展多传感器融合、深度估计、语义分割和三维重建相关工作。 - 参与 BEV / 3D Occupancy 感知模型的训练、评测、优化与部署。 - 处理真实机器人采集的数据，参与数据清洗、标注规范设计、难例挖掘和评测体系建设。 - 与定位、规划、控制及机器人平台团队协作，推动感知算法在真实场景中落地。 - 跟踪并复现机器人感知、自动驾驶及三维视觉领域的前沿研究。 任职要求 - 计算机、自动化、机器人、人工智能、电子信息等相关专业，本科高年级或硕士在读。 - 熟悉 Python，具备良好的编程和算法基础；了解 C++ 者优先。 - 熟悉 PyTorch 等深度学习框架，能够独立完成模型训练、调试与实验分析。 - 具备计算机视觉或三维视觉基础，了解以下一个或多个方向： - 语义分割与目标检测 - BEV 感知与 3D Occupancy - 点云处理与多传感器融合 - SLAM、三维重建或机器人导航 - 具备较强的学习能力、工程动手能力和问题分析能力。
