  • 研发通用化动作生成模型，基于多模态输入（语音、视觉、语境等）生成自然、合理、风格可控的机器人动作，提升交互智能与表现力；
  • 搭建动作生成与控制联合优化体系，采用深度强化学习（Deep RL）、逆运动学（IK）、模型预测控制（MPC）等方法，提升动作的流畅性与物理合理性；
  • 利用 Isaac Gym、Mujoco 等高性能仿真平台进行动作策略训练与评估，加速大模型在现实机器人平台的落地；
  • 构建可被大语言模型（LLM）调用的动作调度系统，实现语义-行为联动，支持 LLM 在交互过程中的动作自主选择与组合；
  • 推动动作生成模块与视觉、语音、Agent系统深度融合，构建具备人设驱动能力的表达行为模型。
  • 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、电子、数学等相关专业；
  • 出色的问题分析和解决能力，自主探索新解决方案的能力强
  • 关注生成式 AI 和多模态交互技术，对推动人形机器人智能化有热情；
  • 理解动作建模相关基础原理，如运动学、路径规划、动作序列建模、多模态条件建模等。

加分项： - 有机器人运动控制、强化学习、MPC/IK、仿真平台（Isaac Gym、Mujoco）实践经验； - 熟悉 Transformer、Diffusion、VAE 等生成建模技术； - 有多模态交互系统开发经验，了解 LLM+动作插件结构，具备人设驱动表达建模意识； - 在 ICRA、IROS、CVPR、ICLR、NeurIPS 等顶会发表相关研究论文者。
