岗位职责 1、海外技术社区从 0 到 1 搭建与运营 负责 Reddit、GitHub Discussions、Discord 三个社群的频道规划、规则制定及日常内容运营，打造活跃的开发者社区生态。 2、技术内容创作与传播 将算法 / 系统能力转化为技术教程、Demo 短视频、博客文章及社交帖子，提升品牌在海外技术圈层的影响力。 3、海外社交媒体运营 参与 LinkedIn、X（Twitter）、YouTube 等平台的内容策划与发布，结合平台调性与热点趋势，输出有网感的创意内容。 4、跨部门协同与用户反馈管理 收集海外用户需求与反馈，对接产品与研发团队，参与功能优先级讨论，推动产品迭代优化。 5、海外活动策划与执行 协助海外 Webinar、行业展会、产品发布等市场活动的筹备、推广与落地执行。

任职要求 1、本科及以上学历在读或应届，计算机、机器人、AI、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉 GitHub（有个人仓库或贡献记录）和 Reddit（有日常浏览或发帖习惯）； 3、英文书面表达优秀，能清晰准确地解释技术概念，撰写英文技术文档； 4、自驱力强，适应异步远程协作，具备良好的时间管理与沟通能力； 5、加分项：有技术博客 / 开源文档写作经验；熟悉 LinkedIn / X / YouTube 平台调性；会基础视频剪辑；有海外留学或远程协作经历。
