1. 负责机器人感控行走、感控导航核心算法研发、迭代与落地，基于强化学习技术搭建感知-决策-控制一体化链路，攻克复杂场景下机器人行走稳定性、避障精度、导航鲁棒性等核心问题，完成算法真机调试、场景优化与迭代复盘。 2. 搭建机器人动力学仿真与强化学习训练体系，完成训练场景搭建、参数调优、仿真验证及虚实迁移工作，搭建标准化、高效率的算法迭代流程，支撑控制算法快速落地验证。 3. 跟进机器人强化学习前沿技术，开展前沿控制算法调研、复现与二次开发，结合机器人行走、导航实际业务场景做算法适配与性能优化，输出规范的技术方案与研发文档，推动团队技术迭代创新。 4. 熟悉激光雷达、视觉相机工作原理，掌握感知数据预处理与多模态融合技术，结合强化学习控制策略提升机器人环境感知与自主适配能力，保障机器人在复杂未知场景下的稳定运动。 三、任职要求 基础要求 1. 学历背景：重点院校硕士及以上学历，自动化、机器人工程、人工智能、计算机科学、控制科学与工程等相关专业，具备扎实的机器人动力学、运动控制、强化学习理论功底。 2. 仿真工具能力：熟练使用IsaacLab、IsaacSim、MjLab等主流机器人仿真平台，能够独立完成仿真环境搭建、强化学习算法训练、仿真测试及虚实迁移全流程工作。 3. 算法开发能力：精通Python、C++等编程语言，熟悉Instinctlab、CMoE、MoRE、SRU等前沿开源项目，具备源码解读、二次开发、场景适配与工程落地调优能力，对于CNN，GRU，Attention-based网络有深入立即。 4. 感知融合能力：深入理解激光雷达、视觉相机的成像原理、数据特性及误差机制，具备感知数据预处理、多模态感知-控制融合算法开发实战经验。
