加入具身智能感知团队，深度参与视觉感知核心算法（目标检测/分割/位姿估计/多模态融合）的研发与真机部署。在资深研究员指导下，针对复杂场景下的泛化性、遮挡处理和实时性等关键难题，开展前沿算法开发与工程落地工作。

岗位职责 1. 负责复杂场景下目标检测（含小目标/遮挡目标）、实例分割或6D位姿估计算法的研发与改进，在公开数据集及自采数据上达到领先水平； 2. 探索RGB-D图像与触觉/力觉等多模态信息的深度融合策略，提升物体识别准确率及抓取点预测的物理合理性； 3. 处理大规模场景点云与物体级点云数据，运用滤波、分割、配准、重建等方法支持上层语义理解与几何分析； 4. 将研发的视觉模型部署至真实机器人平台（机械臂+深度相机），完成加速优化，达到实时推理要求（如>10Hz）； 5. 参与系统级集成，输出语义地图、物体属性（类别、位姿、尺寸）等结构化感知结果，支撑后续决策规划模块。

1. 在读硕士或博士，计算机、机器人、AI等相关专业； 2. 精通 Python和C++，熟练使用机器视觉相关库，有良好的工程代码规范； 3. 深入熟悉至少一类视觉感知算法：目标检测、分割或位姿估计，并有实际调优经验； 4. 掌握点云处理算法与常用库，能独立完成点云滤波、分割、配准、重建等全流程处理； 5. 具备ROS、RealSense或机械臂视觉系统实际开发经验，了解相机标定、手眼标定等基础流程； 6. 全职实习不少于3个月，能快速融入团队研发节奏。

加分项： 1. 有具身智能、机器人自主抓取或VLA（视觉语言动作）模型相关研究/工程经验； 2. 在CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、CoRL、ICRA、IROS等顶会/顶刊发表过论文（含共一或学生一作）； 3. 有模型轻量化部署经验。
