The posting

负责机械臂从目标位姿到可执行轨迹的规划、优化与控制，重点解决逆运动学、轨迹规 划、奇异规避、关节限位及碰撞检测等工程问题。

主要职责：

  • 负责单臂/双臂机械臂的运动学建模与逆运动学求解；
  • 开发关节空间、笛卡尔空间及末端轨迹规划算法；
  • 处理关节位置、速度、加速度、碰撞和可达性约束；
  • 实现奇异位形规避、关节限位规避和零空间优化；
  • 完成从起始姿态到目标姿态的无碰撞路径规划与时间参数化；
  • 对规划轨迹进行平滑、速度/加速度/jerk 限制及实时跟踪；
  • 与控制、感知、仿真和硬件团队协作，完成算法落地和现场调试；
  • 负责算法测试、性能评估及工程代码维护。
  • 熟悉机器人运动学、雅可比矩阵、逆运动学和轨迹规划；
  • 熟悉关节空间规划、笛卡尔空间规划及 SE(3) 位姿插值；
  • 熟悉约束优化、QP、梯度法或数值迭代求解；
  • 熟悉关节限位、奇异规避、零空间投影和碰撞检测；
  • 熟练使用 C++ 或 Python；
  • 熟悉 Pinocchio、Pink、MoveIt、OMPL、Ruckig、TOPP-RA 等工具中的一种或多种；
  • 具备机械臂仿真、实机调试和问题定位能力；
  • 了解 ROS/ROS 2、URDF/MJCF 及机器人控制接口。

优先条件：

  • 有 6/7 自由度机械臂、双臂机器人或移动机械臂项目经验；
  • 有工业机器人、协作机器人或人形机器人规划经验；
  • 有实时控制、WBC、MPC 或阻抗控制经验；
  • 有复杂环境下避障、抓取、装配或视觉引导项目经验；
  • 有完整项目落地经验，包括算法开发、仿真验证和实机部署。
