我们致力于打造下一代人形机器人的运动控制基座，目前团队的核心攻关项目是一套前沿的人形机器人“身外化身”（Avatar / Teleoperation）系统。在将人类的动作意图（源自光学动捕或 VR 设备）精准映射至机器人，结合 WBC（全身控制）框架与前沿的动作追踪基座模型，最终实现机器人对人类动作的高动态、高精度跟随。 目前团队的工作不仅仅是打通基座模型的上游数据链路，更是致力于构建从“人类意图”到“机器人泛化控制”的核心桥梁。我们正处于软件工程、控制理论与前沿AI算法的黄金交叉点，亟待优秀的你加入，与我们共同推进这套复杂系统的工程化落地，挑战具身智能领域的最前沿难题！ 【岗位职责】 1. 系统工程化落地： 参与人形机器人“身外化身”系统的数据处理与重映射（Retargeting）模块的工程化开发，打通运动控制基座模型的上游链路。 2. C++ 软件开发与维护： 基于 C++ 对现有系统架构进行功能开发与细节调整，确保系统链路的稳定性，以符合产品预期和客户实际需求。 3. 算法探索与数据处理： 协助进行算法层面的探索性工作，包括动捕与 VR 轨迹的数据清洗、数据增强（Data Augmentation）等，为基座模型提供高质量输入。 4. 前沿技术复现（进阶）： 跟进具身智能领域最新研究，参与复现业内顶尖的运动追踪与重定向系统（如 NVIDIA ASE、Sonic 等），探索下一代控制框架。

1. 计算机、自动化、机器人、机械电子或相关专业的在校本科生/硕士生/博士生。 2. 扎实的工程能力： 熟练掌握 C++ 、python开发，具备良好的面向对象编程思想和代码规范，熟悉 Linux 环境及常用的开发与版本控制工具（Git、CMake 等）。 3. 复合的算法视野： 具备一定的算法基础，对以下至少一个领域有基本了解并愿意深入学习： - 机器人学基础（正逆运动学 Kinematics/IK，了解 WBC 框架者加分）。 - 数据处理、机器学习或强化学习基础。 4. 具备强烈的责任心与自驱力，面对“算法+工程”的交叉问题时，有耐心进行 Debug 与逻辑梳理。

【加分项】 - 熟悉或使用过光学动捕系统（如 OptiTrack、Vicon）或 VR 设备（如 Pico、Meta Quest）的 SDK 与数据接入。 - 了解物理仿真引擎（如 NVIDIA Isaac Gym / Isaac Lab、MuJoCo、PyBullet）。 - 关注并了解过 NVIDIA ASE / Sonic 等相关前沿论文或开源项目。 - 有过 ROS/ROS2 开发经验，或参与过国内外知名机器人相关竞赛并承担核心研发工作。
