岗位职责 1. 项目执行支持：协助项目经理跟进数据采集与标注任务的日常进度，整理任务清单与进度台账，及时同步各环节状态与风险； 2. 质量跟进与记录：参与数据质量抽检，记录并汇总质量问题，协助梳理问题原因，跟进整改闭环； 3. 流程沉淀与文档：协助梳理并撰写采集/标注 SOP、操作手册、培训材料及项目复盘文档，推动经验标准化沉淀； 4. 培训赋能支持：协助组织对采集/审核人员及合作团队的培训答疑，整理培训问题与常见 FAQ； 5. 跨团队沟通协同：作为沟通接口，协助对接业务、算法、平台等团队，整理需求与会议纪要，保障信息准确传递； 6. 数据整理与看板维护：协助维护 BI 看板与数据台账，完成基础数据整理、统计与可视化呈现。 任职要求 1. 本科及以上院校在读；能保证每周 4 天及以上、连续 3 个月以上实习者优先。 2. 文科相关专业（如中文、新闻传播、汉语言、外语、管理、社会学、经济、法学等）优先；机器人、计算机、人工智能、自动化等相关专业亦可。对数据运营/项目管理有兴趣。 3. 思维逻辑清晰，具备较强的信息拆解、归纳与问题分析能力，能把复杂流程梳理成清晰条理。 4. 书面与口头表达能力强，文档撰写规范流畅，能独立产出 SOP、纪要、复盘等结构化材料。 5. 沟通协调能力强，责任心强、细致耐心，具备良好的团队协作意识与抗压能力。 6. 熟练使用飞书文档/表格、Excel、PPT 等办公工具；有数据整理或项目协助经验者加分。
