外部伙伴联络与协调 对接高校、科研机构、产业链合作方，协助建立初步联系 跟进合作邮件、会议纪要及简单协议的整理 维护伙伴通讯录与合作进度表

赛事与行业信息梳理 整理赛事报名、进展等信息，形成内部简报 协助团队完成参赛或观展的行程基础协调

专业不限，本科或研究生在读（大二至研二均可） 认真负责，能高效处理多线程事务，具备良好的保密意识 沟通主动，文字表达清晰，乐于与人打交道 熟练使用办公软件（Word/Excel/PPT），有协作工具（飞书/钉钉/企微）使用经验者加分 对机器人、人工智能或硬科技领域有好奇心者优先
