本岗位聚焦智元具身智能开源生态，围绕平台仿真环境、开源数据集、具身智能模型等核心产品体系，负责开发者生态拓展、产品体验优化及学术影响力提升等核心工作。通过赛事策划、技术沙龙运营、产品迭代优化、校企及技术团队合作等方式，持续提升具身开源项目GitHub热度与行业影响力，完善具身智能开源产品能力，赋能开发者、科研人员及行业用户落地应用，深度参与具身智能开源产品从功能迭代到生态规模化的全流程建设。 二、岗位职责 1. 技术布道：技术强相关内容创作，根据产品迭代、内部更新重要节点、外部市场环境等，周期性输出技术文档，保持开发者生态圈技术交流活力。 2.产品影响力与热度提升：聚焦GitHub开源生态运营，通过活动运营、内容输出、用户运营等多元方式，持续提升项目Star、Fork、Issue活跃度等核心数据，扩大产品在具身智能领域的开源影响力。 3. 开发者需求洞察与产品优化：深度调研B端、C端开发者及科研用户需求，持续收集、拆解、归纳开发者使用过程中的各类反馈，联动技术团队推进问题优化与新功能落地，完善产品生态体系。 4. 开发者技术活动：基于智元Genie开源仿真平台、数据集、具身模型的产品特性，协助策划技术赛事、开发者技术沙龙、开源共创活动等，制定活动方案、执行流程与推广策略，激活开发者社区活跃度，提升项目曝光度与用户粘性。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器人工程、自动化等相关专业，对具身智能、机器人仿真、开源生态有浓厚兴趣； 2. 具备开发者思维，熟悉软件研发、开源项目使用基本流程，有具身智能、机器人软件相关实操经验者优先； 3. 熟练掌握Python,C等主流开发语言，相关开发工具优先； 4. 熟练使用PPT等办公工具，能够独立输出活动方案、产品调研报告、需求文档、复盘总结；熟练运用各类AI工具辅助内容创作、需求分析、方案优化等工作； 优先加分项 1. 具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习、具身智能理论基础，了解大模型、机器人感知、运动控制、仿真建模等相关技术； 2. 有GitHub开源项目贡献、开源社区运营、技术赛事策划相关经验； 3. 熟悉机器人仿真、数据集构建、具身模型微调与部署相关流程，有相关项目实操经历； 4. 具备良好的技术理解能力，能够快速读懂技术文档、拆解技术需求，精准对接研发与开发者
