1. 业务支持：深度配合国内各产品线与海外各区域市场营销工作，衔接产品端与区域端需求，提供全流程执行支持，确保营销动作高效落地。​ 2. 渠道管理：协助推进海外服务商（社媒平台、KOL 机构、广告代理等）的合作落地，包括合作沟通、合同跟进、执行对接等；整理服务商资源库，维护合作关系，助力渠道效率优化。​ 3. 本地化运营：​ 社媒运营：协助海外主流社媒平台的内容发布、评论互动、粉丝维护，配合区域部完成本地化内容策划与执行；​ KOL 合作：参与海外 KOL 筛选、沟通对接、合作方案落地，跟进内容产出、发布及效果初步跟踪，整理 KOL 合作案例与数据；​ 广告投放：协助海外广告投放的基础工作，如素材整理、投放账户日常监控、数据记录等，配合优化投放效果。​ 4. 团队协作与数据分析：协助团队完成海外市场营销活动的执行落地，收集整理社媒运营、KOL 合作、广告投放等相关数据，参与数据报表制作与简单分析，为营销决策提供基础支持；高效完成上级交办的其他海外 MKT 相关工作。

1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告学、英语、国际商务等相关专业优先，具备海外留学或海外社媒运营相关实习经验者加分；​ 2. 熟悉海外主流社媒平台的运营逻辑与用户偏好，了解 KOL 合作流程或广告投放基础者优先；​ 3. 英语听说读写流利，能作为工作语言（对接海外区域 / 服务商），具备小语种能力（日语、韩语、西语等）者加分；​ 4. 具备较强的执行力、沟通协调能力与团队协作意识，细致耐心，能高效完成多任务对接；​ 5. 对海外市场营销感兴趣，有创新思维，乐于学习新工具、新方法，能快速适应工作节奏；​ 6. 会使用设计工具（Canva 等）或数据分析工具者加分。
