1. 参与机器人MC（运动控制）框架的开发、调试与维护工作，包括核心模块实现、接口封装、问题定位。 2. 协助完成框架功能迭代、性能优化、稳定性提升，保证代码规范、结构清晰、可维护性强。 3. 配合团队完成机器人控制逻辑、轨迹规划、伺服通信等相关功能的联调与验证。 4. 按规范编写开发文档、测试用例、示例代码，沉淀工程化实践。 5. 以vibe coding风格高效开发：节奏清晰、逻辑优雅、注重工程美感与可读性。

1. 本科及以上在读，计算机、自动化、机器人、电子信息等相关专业。 2. 熟练使用 C/C++ 进行开发，有扎实的数据结构与算法基础。 3. 了解机器人运动控制、坐标变换、轨迹规划、实时系统等基本知识优先。 4. 熟悉 Linux 开发环境，会使用 Git 进行代码管理。 5. 具备良好的编码习惯与工程思维，能写出干净、优雅、可维护的代码（vibe coding）。 6. 学习能力强，做事认真，沟通顺畅，能主动推进问题并落地结果。 加分项 1. 有 ROS/ROS2、机器人仿真、运动控制项目经验。 2. 了解 EtherCAT / CAN / 串口等通信协议。 3. 有嵌入式、实时系统、驱动开发相关经历。 4. 开源项目贡献或技术博客输出。
