职位概述 作为海外营销团队成员，参与海外市场营销及品牌传播项目，协助开展海外社交媒体运营、营销活动执行、内容生产及市场调研等工作。希望具备一定的海外营销实践经验，对海外社交媒体及内容传播有较强敏感度，能够发挥设计、视频剪辑等内容制作能力，协助推动海外营销项目落地。

岗位职责 1.社交媒体运营：协助运营 YouTube、TikTok、Instagram、LinkedIn、X 等海外社交媒体平台，负责内容策划、文案撰写、素材发布、用户互动及数据整理等工作。 2.内容制作：根据海外市场及不同社交媒体平台特点，参与短视频、图片及其他社媒内容的策划与制作，完成基础的视频剪辑、图片设计等工作。 3.海外营销项目：参与海外品牌及产品营销项目的执行，包括海外社媒传播、营销活动、展会及跨境合作项目等，协助推进项目落地，以及进行效果复盘。 4.海外市场洞察：关注海外社交媒体趋势、行业热点及竞品动态，搜集整理海外市场信息，为营销内容及传播策略提供支持。 5.项目协同：协助推进海外 KOL、媒体、合作伙伴及内部团队的沟通与协调，保障营销项目高效执行。

任职要求 1.教育背景：本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告、新闻、国际商务等相关专业优先。 2.海外营销经验：有海外营销、出海项目、海外社媒运营或国际化品牌传播相关实践经验，有实际项目案例或作品集优先。 3.社媒运营能力：熟悉 YouTube、TikTok、Instagram、LinkedIn、X 等海外社交媒体平台，对海外社媒内容及传播逻辑有一定了解。 4.内容制作能力：具备较好的审美和内容创作能力，具备图片设计、视频剪辑能力，熟悉 Photoshop/Figma/剪映/Canva等工具中的一种或多种。 5.英语能力：英语听说读写能力优秀，能够熟练阅读海外资料、撰写英文内容并进行日常工作沟通；有海外学习、生活或项目经历优先。 6.沟通协作能力：沟通表达能力强，具备良好的跨团队协作能力，能够与内部团队及海外合作伙伴进行高效沟通。 7.综合能力：积极主动，执行力和学习能力强，对海外市场、科技及互联网内容保持敏锐度，能够适应快节奏、多任务的工作环境。 8. 加分项：掌握西班牙语、法语、德语等小语种；有海外 KOL/媒体合作、海外展会或大型营销活动经验者优先。
