工作职责： 1. 整体视觉表现提升：根据产品需求和设计规范，产出高质量的视觉设计稿和可交互原型。负责产品线用户界面设计工作，包括但不限于界面布局、图标、组件库等设计。 2. 构建可复用的视觉组件库：参与或主导建设高内聚、低耦合的UI组件库，确保视觉语言的一致性和开发效率，并持续优化其表现力和易用性。与产品经理、研发工程师、算法工程师紧密合作，参与设计与开发落地流程。

任职要求： 1. 本科以上学历，计算机、软件开发、人机交互、数字媒体等相关专业优先。 2. 精通主流设计软件，包括但不限于Figma，熟悉各大主流组件库。 3. 具备UI设计经验，有作品集，有成功落地上线产品经验者优先。 4. 对用户体验或交互设计有了解。

加分项（优先考虑）： 1. 了解CSS、HTML、JavaScript、React、Vue、WbGL、Three.js等前端技术，能够实现并能与项目组人员进行高效沟通。 2. 了解Figma软件及Cursor等AI辅助软件使用。 3. 积极主动、有良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力。 4. 英语良好或流利。
