本岗位聚焦机器人VLA（视觉-语言-动作）大模型落地落地闭环，核心负责VLA模型在实体机器人平台的真机适配、部署调试、数据迭代与效果优化，打通“数据采集-数据治理-模型微调-真机验证-迭代落地”全流程。助力团队实现VLA模型在机器人实操场景的稳定落地与性能迭代，全程参与真实项目攻坚，快速掌握具身智能前沿落地技术。 岗位职责 1. VLA模型落地部署与调试：参与开源/自研VLA模型（OpenVLA、π0等）在机械臂、移动机器人等实体设备上的移植、推理部署与联调，解决模型推理延迟、动作不精准、指令适配等真机落地问题，保障模型输出动作可执行、可复现。 2. 机器人数据闭环建设：负责机器人真机/仿真场景下的多模态数据采集、清洗、筛选、标注校验，搭建标准化数据处理pipeline；深度把控训练数据质量，识别数据噪声、时序错位、场景缺失、标注误差等问题，优化数据配比与采样策略，支撑模型微调迭代。 3. 模型效果迭代与评测：配合完成VLA模型微调、效果测评、问题归因，针对机器人抓取、导航、场景交互等实操场景的效果短板，从数据、参数、推理策略维度提出优化方案并落地验证。 4. 落地流程标准化：整理VLA落地全流程文档、测试报告与优化方案，沉淀可复用的机器人VLA部署规范、数据治理标准，协助团队搭建落地评测基准。 5. 前沿技术跟进：快速跟进VLA、具身智能、机器人模仿学习等前沿技术，结合业务落地场景完成技术调研与适配验证，支撑项目技术迭代。

承担主要目标/关键任务 任职要求 1. 专业背景：计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人工程、电子信息等相关专业，本科及以上在读，大三、研一、研二优先。 2. 核心经验（硬性优先）：具备机器人项目实操经验（机械臂、移动机器人、ROS/ROS2开发等），同时有VLA/多模态大模型、具身智能、机器人策略学习相关项目、实训或科研经验者优先。 3. 数据能力：深刻理解AI模型训练的数据逻辑，具备极强的数据质量认知，熟悉数据清洗、降噪、数据集划分、类别平衡、数据泄漏规避等核心方法，能够独立发现并解决数据问题。 4. 技术基础：熟练使用Python，熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow框架；了解机器人基础参数（关节状态、末端位姿、时序同步等），掌握基础模型推理、微调流程。 5. 综合素质：学习能力极强，对新生技术敏感，能快速上手陌生模型与机器人硬件适配；逻辑清晰，擅长问题拆解与归因，抗压能力强，愿意深耕落地工程问题。 6. 其他：做事严谨细致，具备良好的代码规范和文档沉淀习惯，有自动驾驶、具身智能、机器人算法落地实习经历者优先。
