岗位JD（含岗位职责和岗位要求） 1. 参与 VLA 或 World Model 方向的前沿算法调研、复现与创新，跟踪相关领域的最新进展。 2. 参与构建和训练大规模多模态/端到端模型，优化模型在机器人任务中的泛化能力与推理延迟。 3. 参与机器人遥操推理采集等工程链路的搭建与数据生成管线（Data Pipeline）的开发。 4. 协助将算法模型部署至真实机器人平台，进行真机测试、微调与闭环验证。 5. 协助团队撰写技术文档、专利申请或学术论文。
