岗位职责 - 参与视觉语言导航（VLN）算法研发，围绕“大脑”的意图理解与任务规划，以及“小脑”的端到端全身运控导航开展工作。 - 研究视觉、语言、动作的联合建模，实现从自然语言指令理解、环境感知到全身动作生成的端到端闭环。 - 探索导航与全身运动控制的一体化学习，使机器人在复杂环境中完成自主移动、避障和全身协同。 - 参与模型训练、评测与优化，提升导航成功率、运动稳定性和跨场景泛化能力。 - 跟进具身智能、VLN 和机器人学习领域的前沿研究，推动算法在双足人形机器人上的实机验证和落地。 任职要求 - 计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人等相关专业硕士及以上。 - 熟悉深度学习基础，具备良好的 Python 编程能力，能够使用主流深度学习框架。 - 在 VLN、多模态模型、端到端导航、全身运动控制、强化学习或模仿学习等方向具有研究或实践经验。 - 具备较强的论文阅读、实验分析和问题定位能力，能够独立推进算法实验。 - 对具身智能有浓厚兴趣，学习能力强，具备良好的沟通协作能力。
