Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet

Die KISSA Community existiert – sie hat nur noch nicht ihren großen Moment gehabt. Den schaffst Du. Kein Ads Manager, kein Funnel. Echte Menschen, echte Beziehungen, eine Markenwelt, in der man sein will.

  • Du erweckst die KISSA Matcha Community zum Leben und baust eine Markenwelt auf, in der Menschen nicht nur Matcha kaufen, sondern leben
  • Du planst Events, die hängenbleiben – keine Messen, sondern Matcha- Momente, bei denen man dabei gewesen sein will
  • Du spürst auf, welche Brands und Collabs zur KISSA Era passen – und bringst sie zum Leben
  • Du findest die Creator und Influencer, die KISSA wirklich leben – nicht nur posten – und baust Partnerschaften auf, die mehr sind als ein einmaliger Post
  • Du betreust das Marketing-Postfach und weißt sofort: Chance oder Skip

Dein Profil

Du gehst auf Menschen zu, bevor jemand sagt, dass Du es sollst. Du weißt, was echte Verbindung bedeutet – nicht ein weiterer Post, sondern ein Matcha-Moment, den man nicht vergisst. Du bringst Dinge zu Ende – nicht weil jemand nachfragt, sondern weil halbherzig einfach nicht Dein Ding ist.

  • Ca. 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Community Management, Eventmanagement oder Brand Partnerships
  • Du weißt instinktiv, wer zur KISSA Brand passt – und wer nicht
  • Du hast ein Gespür für Creators und Influencer, die wirklich zur Brand passen – kein Follower-Bingo
  • Strukturiert, herzlich, kommunikationsstark – auch wenn drei Dinge gleichzeitig passieren
  • Fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch – klar, direkt, auf Augenhöhe

Gehalt

Für diese Position ist auf Vollzeitbasis ein Bruttojahresgehalt ab 35.000 € vorgesehen. Abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
