Du bringst und Gastro-Linie Teepapst Selected und unsere Premium-Matcha-Marke aiya – THE TEA auf die Karten der besten Gastro-Betriebe.

Über Uns

Der Name Teepapst steht seit 1991 für hochwertigen Tee. Heute führt die Teepapst GmbH diese Tradition als Wiener Importeur und Händler für Bio-Tee und Bio-Matcha weiter. Unser gesamtes Sortiment ist zu 100 % biologisch. Mit Teepapst Selected haben wir eine eigene Bio-Linie speziell für Food Service, Gastronomie und Hotellerie geschaffen. Unsere Marke aiya – THE TEA steht für Premium-Matcha und Tee aus Japan in kompromissloser Bio-Qualität, für Betriebe mit höchstem Anspruch. So bieten wir Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés und Caterern genau die Qualität, die ihre Gäste begeistert. Wir sind ein kleines, engagiertes Team mit kurzen Wegen, in dem jede Idee zählt und jede:r sichtbar Wirkung hat.

Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet

  • Du gewinnst aktiv neue Kund:innen im Food Service, mit Fokus auf HoReCa: Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Dazu kommen Caterer, Systemgastronomie, Bäckerei-Cafés und Betriebsgastronomie.
  • Dabei steht unsere Gastro-Linie Teepapst Selected im Mittelpunkt, ergänzt durch die Premium-Matchas von aiya – THE TEA.
  • Du übernimmst den gesamten Akquiseprozess: Recherche, Erstkontakt per Telefon, E-Mail und persönlich vor Ort, Tastings und Produktpräsentationen, Angebotserstellung und Abschluss.
  • Du baust eine strukturierte Lead-Pipeline auf und pflegst sie sauber im CRM.
  • Du berätst Betriebe zu passenden Tee- und Matcha-Konzepten, vom Frühstücksbuffet über das Teesortiment bis zum Signature Drink.
  • Du begleitest Neukund:innen in der Anfangsphase und übergibst sie sauber ans Customer Service.
  • Du vertrittst Teepapst Selected und aiya – THE TEA auf Messen, Events und Branchentreffen.
  • Du gibst Markt- und Kundenfeedback an Marketing und Einkauf weiter und entwickelst Vertriebsaktionen mit.

Das ist uns sehr wichtig

  • Hunger auf Neukundengeschäft: Du gehst gerne raus, greifst zum Hörer und lässt dich von einem „Nein“ nicht entmutigen.
  • Eigenverantwortung und Verlässlichkeit: Du planst deine Woche selbst und hältst, was du versprichst.
  • Begeisterung für Qualität, Genuss und Gastronomie.
  • Teamgeist und Hands-on-Mentalität, wie es in einem kleinen Team dazugehört.

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Neukundengeschäft mit Food Service, Hotellerie, Gastronomie oder Food & Beverage.
  • Alternativ: Background in Hotellerie oder Gastronomie (z. B. F&B, Barista, Service, Bar) und der Wunsch, in den Vertrieb zu wechseln.
  • Kommunikationsstark, überzeugend und souverän im Umgang mit Inhaber:innen, F&B-Verantwortlichen und Einkäufer:innen.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und sicherer Umgang mit CRM und MS Office.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Führerschein B von Vorteil.
  • Ein Netzwerk in der Europäischen Hotel- und Gastroszene ist ein großes Plus.

Onboarding

In deinen ersten Wochen lernst du unser Bio-Sortiment von Teepapst Selected und aiya – THE TEA in Schulungen und Tastings kennen und tauchst in die Welt des japanischen Matcha ein. Du begleitest das Sales-Team bei Kundenterminen und bekommst eine Einführung in unsere Tools und Prozesse. Gemeinsam definieren wir deine Zielgruppen, Gebiete und Ziele für die ersten Monate. Danach startest du Schritt für Schritt selbstständig in die Akquise, mit regelmäßigen Feedbackgesprächen und jederzeit ansprechbaren Kolleg:innen.

Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von € 35.000 brutto pro Jahr auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Std.) zuzüglich eines attraktiven Provisionsmodells. Bei Teilzeit wird das Gehalt entsprechend aliquotiert. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
