Como será o seu dia a dia?

  • Gerenciamento do Backlog: Organizar, priorizar e manter o backlog do produto, assegurando que as tarefas estejam claramente definidas e alinhadas com a visão do produto;
  • Definição de Prioridades: Avaliar e priorizar as pendências do produto, garantindo foco nas atividades que trazem mais valor ao cliente e ao negócio;
  • Facilitação da Comunicação: Facilitar a comunicação entre stakeholders, traduzindo conceitos complexos de forma clara e objetiva, além de negociar prioridades e expectativas;
  • Supervisão do Processo de Desenvolvimento: Participar ativamente de todas as etapas do desenvolvimento ágil, incluindo planejamento, refinamento, revisões e sprints, mantendo a equipe alinhada com os objetivos do produto;
  • Interlocução com Tecnologia e Operações: Colaborar com as áreas de Tecnologia e Operações para garantir entregas eficientes e eficazes, solucionando impedimentos e alinhando expectativas;
  • Identificação de Necessidades: Realizar pesquisas e interações com usuários e stakeholders para entender suas necessidades e antecipar demandas futuras;
  • Acompanhamento da Qualidade: Validar que o produto atenda aos critérios de aceitação e esteja alinhado com os objetivos de negócio e as expectativas dos usuários.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior em Administração, Marketing, Economia, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência: prévia como Product Manager, Product Owner, Gerente de Projeto ou em um papel similar em desenvolvimento de produtos digitais;
  • Metodologias Ágeis: Conhecimento sólido em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban etc.);
  • Habilidades de Comunicação: Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de influenciar e motivar equipes;
  • Visão de Produto: Capacidade de pensar estrategicamente sobre o produto e suas funcionalidades, alinhando-as com as necessidades do mercado e da empresa;
  • Experiência com Análise de Dados: Familiaridade com ferramentas de análise de dados e métricas para medir o sucesso do produto e tomar decisões informadas.

Diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento e vivência em produtos e projetos de vale-transporte, mobilidade ou bilhetagem eletrônica;
  • Experiência no mercado de benefícios corporativos;
  • Experiência em plataformas transacionais de alta escala;
  • Vivência em programas de transformação digital;
  • Conhecimento em meios de pagamento, RH Tech ou fintechs;
  • Atuação como Gerente de Projetos;
  • Participação em processos de modernização de sistemas legados.
