Como será o seu dia a dia?

  • Liderar tecnicamente squad de desenvolvedores de ServiceNow com foco em desenvolvimento de automações (eficiência operacional e financeira).
  • Buscar oportunidades com clientes internos, ter a capacidade de traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções técnicas na plataforma, com visão de ponta a ponta do processo.
  • Apoiará a equipe em encontrar soluções e melhores caminhos, conversar com parceiros e fornecedores.
  • Habilidade para atuar de forma autônoma, organizada e colaborativa em ambientes ágeis (Scrum/Kanban). Boa comunicação para interação com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio. Experiência prática com automações de processos de TI ou de negócio (por exemplo: atendimento, onboarding/offboarding, gestão de mudanças, pedidos de serviço etc). Apoiar equipe de Administração do ServiceNOW para manutenção de boas práticas.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

  • Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de software, atuando diretamente com Domínio do desenvolvimento na plataforma, incluindo: Criação e manutenção de Workflows e Flow Designer Desenvolvimento de Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts e Widgets Configuração e customização de catálogos de serviços e formularios.
  • Conhecimentos em APIs REST/SOAP para integração do ServiceNow com outros sistemas.
  • Conhecimento em JavaScript (client e server-side) e boas práticas de desenvolvimento (versionamento, testes, code review)
  • Aplicação de modelos de inteligência artificial no ecossistema ServiceNow, com treinamento/desenvolvimento de códigos para automação e otimização de processos.
  • Experiência com módulos ITSM (por exemplo: Incident, Problem, Change, Request) ou outros módulos relevantes (ITOM, CSM, dependendo do seu contexto).

Será um diferencial se você tiver:

  • Experiência com Integration Hub, Flow Designer e automações com conectores exemplo: Teams, Jira, Datadog, Apptio, etc. Vivência com outros módulos da plataforma, como ITOM, CSM ou SecOps Desenvolvimento de agentes de inteligência artificial
  • Experiência em desenho e otimização de processos (BPM, ITIL, Lean, etc.)
  • Conhecimentos em DevOps
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado para leitura de documentação
