A Coordenação de Agilidade faz parte da Superintendência de Agilidade, dentro da área de Gestão de Valor & Transformação (GVT) da Alelo. Essa área cuida de como o portfólio de projetos da empresa flui: define o método de trabalho (como o processo de priorização de demandas via Eureka), acompanha a maturidade ágil dos times e a previsibilidade e o ritmo das entregas. Na prática, sempre que uma área da Alelo tem uma demanda ou projeto novo que compete por tempo e capacidade dos times de desenvolvimento, é a Agilidade quem organiza a entrada, a priorização e o acompanhamento dessa demanda, garantindo transparência sobre o andamento de cada iniciativa estratégica da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificações:

  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal, organização e atenção a detalhes;
  • Facilidade com ferramentas do pacote Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Proatividade, curiosidade e vontade de aprender sobre metodologias ágeis, gestão de portfólio e processos corporativos;
  • Diferencial: interesse por dados, tecnologia ou processos de governança e transformação.
