Como será o seu dia a dia?

  • Atuar como referência técnica da área de Sustentação, liderando análises complexas, resolução de incidentes críticos e apoiando decisões estratégicas relacionadas à evolução tecnológica.
  • Promover a melhoria contínua dos sistemas e processos, definindo padrões, boas práticas, estratégias de observabilidade, confiabilidade e eficiência operacional.
  • Colaborar com times multidisciplinares na definição de soluções, evolução arquitetural, gestão de débitos técnicos e disseminação de conhecimento para o desenvolvimento da equipe.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Experiência consolidada em sustentação de sistemas críticos, liderança técnica e atuação em ambientes de alta disponibilidade, com conhecimento em arquitetura de aplicações, engenharia de confiabilidade e análise de causa raiz (RCA).
  • Conhecimento em bancos de dados relacionais e NoSQL, microsserviços, APIs REST e SOAP, ferramentas de testes de integração (Postman, SoapUI), observabilidade (Datadog, Kibana, Grafana e Splunk), CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI e Azure DevOps) e plataformas Cloud (AWS, Azure e GCP).
  • Experiência com AWS EKS, OpenShift e Kubernetes, Git e versionamento de código, metodologias ágeis (Scrum e Kanban), ITIL e desenvolvimento para dispositivos móveis Android e iOS. Vivência com ferramentas de IA aplicadas a automações e desenvolvimento, como N8N, Claude e Amazon Kiro.

Será um diferencial se você tiver

  • Certificações técnicas em Cloud Computing, Arquitetura de Software, Sustentação de Sistemas ou ITIL.
  • Pós-graduação, MBA ou especialização em Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência na aplicação de Inteligência Artificial para desenvolvimento de software, automação de processos e aumento de produtividade em times de tecnologia.
