  • Gerenciar e desenvolver uma carteira de clientes, garantindo retenção, satisfação e crescimento dos negócios.Identificar oportunidades de vendas consultivas e ampliação do portfólio de produtos e serviços da Alelo.
  • Realizar visitas, reuniões e apresentações comerciais, entendendo as necessidades dos clientes e propondo soluções adequadas.
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais e conduzir negociações visando o fechamento de novos contratos e renovações.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da carteira, atuando de forma estratégica para atingir e superar metas.
  • Construir e fortalecer relacionamentos com clientes, parceiros e stakeholders internos.
  • Atuar de forma integrada com áreas de suporte, operações e atendimento para garantir a melhor experiência do cliente.
  • Manter o CRM atualizado, registrando oportunidades, negociações e planos de ação.
  • Monitorar o mercado e a concorrência, identificando tendências e oportunidades para geração de negócios.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

  • Ensino Superior completo;
  • Experiência consolidada em gestão de carteira de clientes B2B.
  • Vivência em prospecção, negociação, retenção e expansão de negócios.
  • Capacidade de identificar oportunidades comerciais e desenvolver estratégias para incremento de receita.
  • Habilidade de relacionamento e influência com clientes de diferentes segmentos e portes.
  • Conhecimento em análise de indicadores comerciais, funil de vendas e gestão de pipeline.
  • Perfil consultivo, com forte orientação para resultados e foco no cliente.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de conduzir apresentações e negociações.
  • Habilidade de falar em publico;
  • Conhecimento do pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint.
