Dans le cadre du déploiement et du développement de son activité Matériaux, nous recrutons pour notre client un(e) Chef de secteur matériaux.

En tant que Chef de secteur matériaux, vous êtes un acteur clé du magasin et siégez au comité de direction. Vous pilotez un secteur stratégique, garantissez son excellence opérationnelle et insufflez une culture client exemplaire.

À la tête de 4 collaborateurs, vous travaillez en interaction constante avec les équipes, les clients, les fournisseurs et les services supports pour assurer une organisation fluide et performante.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable régional, vous êtes l’interlocuteur(trice) référent(e) de votre secteur : vous boostez la performance commerciale, supervisez les flux matériaux et animez votre réseau de partenaires pour faire rayonner votre activité.

Vos missions principales (liste non exhaustive) :

  • Garantir la sécurité des équipes et des clients.
  • Assurer un bon climat de travail.
  • Recruter, développer et manager l’équipe.
  • Partager le concept magasin et contribuer à l’offre produits et promotions.
  • Définir et suivre les objectifs de performance.
  • Déployer le plan d’action commercial et orienter les équipes vers la satisfaction client.
  • Gérer les litiges importants.
  • Optimiser la marge et maîtriser les stocks.
  • Contribuer aux résultats du magasin.
  • Expliquer et accompagner les transformations.

Doté(e) d’une formation initiale en Commerce et fort(e) de huit années d’expérience dans un environnement similaire, vous disposez d’une solide maîtrise des matériaux et de leurs spécificités techniques. Votre leadership naturel et votre sens de l’organisation vous permettent de structurer l’activité et d’accompagner efficacement les équipes. Vous faites preuve d’un véritable sens du service client et savez animer, fédérer et développer les collaborateurs autour d’objectifs communs. Orienté(e) commerce et performance, vous contribuez à dynamiser l’activité et à faire grandir votre secteur.
